Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days before shipment.
During holidays, markets, product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Any extended processing time will be noted in the product description when applicable.
Shipping Carrier
Orders are generally shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Available shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected service.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
When available, tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Please allow time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are carrier estimates and are separate from our order processing time.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with an item missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Photos of the product, packaging, and shipping materials may be requested.
If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier before contacting us.
Lost or delayed packages will be handled on a case-by-case basis in coordination with the shipping carrier.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available by prior arrangement or where offered at checkout.
Pickup availability, location, and timing must be confirmed before arrival.
