Protect. Comfort. Soothe.

Fireside Shield is a handcrafted herbal immune-support balm inspired by traditional thieves-style preparations and created for seasonal transitions, travel, gatherings, crowded spaces, and those times when you want a little extra herbal support before heading out into the world.

The tradition behind “Thieves” blends dates back centuries. According to European folklore, aromatic herbal vinegars and spice preparations were used during times of widespread sickness, particularly during plague outbreaks. Over time, that tradition evolved into the warming, strongly aromatic blends we now associate with clove, cinnamon, eucalyptus, rosemary, thyme, oregano, and citrus. Fireside Shield is our topical take on that old herbal tradition—crafted as a seasonal immune-support balm for the chest, neck, back, and soles of the feet.

Cold-pressed sunflower oil is slowly infused with rosemary, thyme, ginger, and elecampane, then blended with jojoba oil and beeswax for a smooth, conditioning base. A concentrated essential-oil blend of clove bud, lemon, cinnamon bark, eucalyptus, rosemary, thyme, and oregano gives the balm its bold warming and aromatic character, while alkanet root naturally creates its soft rosy-pink hue.

A gentle warming sensation may occur after application and is part of the balm’s distinctive sensory experience.
