Each plant has distinct medicinal properties, and some herbs may interact with medications or be unsuitable for certain individuals. For optimal safety and effectiveness, it’s advisable to seek guidance from a certified herbalist, naturopath, or healthcare professional.
However, many herbs have been safely used by non-herbalists for generations in households across the world.
Herbalism and herbal remedies are not quick fixes or Band-Aid solutions. True healing with herbs takes time, consistency, and patience, allowing the body to work in harmony with nature's gifts for lasting wellness.
Liquid herbal extracts are quickly absorbed and start working almost immediately. However, the key word here is "start," as noticeable results can vary. Some herbs that target the nervous system can produce effects fairly quickly.
For example, Bitters, which stimulate the digestive system through taste receptors can often be felt within 10 to 20 minutes, sometimes even sooner. This is why they're usually taken 10 to 15 minutes before meals.
Other herbs used for acute conditions may take between 1 to 3 days to show an effect.
When it comes to tonifying herbs, the process is slower but more profound. These herbs work by gradually strengthening the body systems, and their effects build up over time. Typically, tonic herbs are used long-term, anywhere from 1 to 3 months or longer.
Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, but rest assured it won’t affect the product’s effectiveness. Simply place it in a room-temperature area or the refrigerator to allow it to re-solidify.

Infused Oils: These are made by soaking herbs or plants in a carrier oil, which absorbs their beneficial properties. Infused oils are gentler and can often be applied directly to the skin.

Teas: The flavor can range from soothing and mild to earthy or bitter, depending on the herbs used.
Capsules: Have no taste since the herbs are inside a capsule, making them a great option if you want to avoid the taste altogether.
Infused Honey: Sweet with subtle herbal notes, making it one of the tastier ways to take herbs.
