We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 14 days of purchase for refund or exchange. Please note that we do not refund custom blends of any kind.
Herbal Consultations
There are no refunds on herbal consultations and follow-up appointments.
Please contact us via email with your reason for returning / exchanging your item(s).
Upon approval of return or exchange we will provide you with a return shipping label.
